• Shared 1-in-5 call rotation with dedicated laborist support
• Integrated care model featuring in-house Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialists and mid-level support
• Advanced technology including AI scribe systems and Da Vinci robotic surgical capabilities
• Employed or 1099
• Two established community clinic locations serving a rapidly expanding patient base
COMPENSATION OVERVIEW
• $500,000+ first-year income potential(full-time)
• Busy providers average $500K-600K annually (4 day work week)
• $150,000 Stipend/Signing
• Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance

• PTO and paid CME allowance
• Malpractice insurance coverage
• Moving assistance provided
